We will guide customers to repair by phone or video within 1 hour, and directly issue new equipment for those that cannot be repaired.

How to detect the inner core of the static grounding cable?

Using a multimeter to measure the connection of the cable.Also, we have Self-testing Grounding Clamp with Visible & Audible Alarms.

The inner core of the Static Grounding Assembly is broken---how to solve?

Our cable is durable, we suggest checking the cable per three months.And also we suggest using our visible and audible clamp to confirm whether the system is working.

Do you offer installation service?

We don't supply installation service, but we have agents in your country if they can, please contact us for details.

If we need it, can you help us purchase products made in China?

Yes, but you'd better tell us the brand of the product. If you don't know which brand is better, we can do some research for you.

Is there a fee for on-site maintenance?

In principle, there is no charge for product quality problems during the warranty period. Outside the warranty period, the personnel travel expenses plus the dispatch fee are charged, and the maintenance fee is not charged.

Can you provide on-site maintenance services?

Yes, On-site service depends on the quantity of your on-site products and faults, if necessary, we can send engineers there.

Does your company provide after-sales service? What kind of after-sales service is provided?

Our company's after-sales service system is relatively complete.For the products within the warranty period, we will send spare parts for free or offer the door to door service when necessary. For example, when Static Grounding Monitoring Systems can't work within a 2-year warranty, we will send customer's new spare parts.For the products after the warranty period,we will send spare parts at cost price and guide customers to repair. In terms of after-sales service, we will try our best to make customers satisfied.
