Our company's after-sales service system is relatively complete.
For the products within the warranty period, we will send spare parts for free or offer the door to door service when necessary. For example, when Static Grounding Monitoring Systems can't work within a 2-year warranty, we will send customer's new spare parts.
For the products after the warranty period,we will send spare parts at cost price and guide customers to repair. In terms of after-sales service, we will try our best to make customers satisfied.
