How to make a RGR that is easy to carry to show customers and participate in exhibitions?
Option 1:
24m lightning current, remove the internal structure (coil spring, etc.) and only keep the shell; the braid uses 2m aluminum braid (about 2 turns). The overall weight is about 16KG, and the overall looks generous.
Option 2:
18m lightning current, remove the internal structure and only keep the shell (coil spring, etc.); use 2m aluminum braid for braiding (about 2 turns). The overall weight is about 15KG, and the overall looks narrow.
Plus coil spring 25KG
Solution 3:
Retain the structural appearance and structure, and reduce the size of the entire outer ring. Structures such as internal coil springs are still removed. The weight will be reduced on the basis of the previous two schemes.
Defect: Due to the removal of the coil spring, there is no power source, so in the process of stretching the braid demonstration, it is necessary to rotate the device by hand to demonstrate the braid recovery process.
After the plan is confirmed, the production cycle is 10~15 days
